Links I’m Loving – May 25th

Happy National Wine Day!  Wait…isisn’t that every day?! LOL, It’s also a holiday weekend!  Aside from the impending rain taking over our ENTIRE weekend, I am super excited to spend some quality family time.

Before you set into holiday weekend mode, check out the links that I’ve been loving this week!

Are you an Amazon lover like myself?  Did you hear that they are cracking down on the chronic returners?

JOHNSON’S® Baby Products have been a part of my life since I was little one…and carried on to my little guys.  I couldn’t thank them enough for the soothing lavender line of products that helped to get us through some hard times with our youngest.  I still use the all-in-one to clean my makeup brushes!

Ever go on vacay to an amusement park and get super frustrated because you thought to pack something that you didn’t?  That was me – a few times.  I’ve learned from my mistakes and created a list of 6 must-haves.

I am NOT excited about a busier-than-usual hurricane season this year.  EEEEKKKKK!

Anyone else watches Murphy Brown – and like it?!

  1. Yes, I did hear about the Amazon thing! I’m glad they are doing that. I’m sure there are people who take advantage.

I had no idea it was Wine Day. I wish I liked it!

    Enjoy your weekend!

  2. To all the chronic returners: you’re terrible. And yes, happy wine day to you! I’m not a wine drinker myself but definitely having a celebratory gin . Hope you have a great weekend too x

  3. What some great links. I can’t imagine having to live through hurricane season, I guess we are lucky here we don’t have them really.

    1. Yes, Sarah! We look forward to November when hurricane season is technically over 😉

  4. I don’t think I have returned anything to Amazon in nearly ten years. And I have bought a TON of stuff.

I, too, am not excited about the potential for an active hurricane season. I am working on location in Michigan right now, but when I return home to Florida on Monday it sounds like there could be tropical storm-like conditions. Ugh!

I’m super excited about the reboot of Murphy Brown. I loved the original series, as well as the actor they have hired to play Murphy Brown’s son. I’m so excited!

    1. Amazon is my go-to also for just about anything! I am hoping that Alberto isn’t setting the pace for this hurricane season 🙁

  5. Great links. I have to admit that I am not using any of those. I will have to bookmark some, like the Amazon one. That’s great to know.

  6. This Mum At Home

I loved Murphy brown !!!!!! I had no idea they were doing a reboot how exciting 🙂

  7. I am not surprised that Amazon will be cracking down on returns. As a retailer, I certainly understand their stance on this. There are serial returners out there. I, on the other hand, am a serial keeper. I just can’t find the time or the energy to return a product. I typically re-gift an item that is not suitable for me. Having a good size family, it’s not hard to find takers.

    1. LOL, I love your phrase “serial keeper” – that is exactly how I am. I have good intentions to return, place the item(s) in the closet and then forget about them.
